Integrate a horizontal scroll bar in the Appwrite console

### 🔖 Enhancement description

There is currently no horizontal scrollbar in the console, so scrolling can be difficult.

### 🎤 Pitch

I realize we can use Shift + the mouse scroll wheel and while that does work, sometimes a bar helps be more specific in where you're trying to scroll to.
