🐛 Bug Report: Duplicate project creation

### 👟 Reproduction steps

On slower wifi:
Click + New Project
Fill in information
Click create

### 👍 Expected behavior

One project would be created

### 👎 Actual Behavior

2 projects are created (with different ids, so no rendering glitch), the notification says:
SpikeScout (my project name) created successfully
and another notification
null created successfully

Appwrite Cloud
