🚀 Enhancement: Pinned projects

Allow having starred/pinned projects for easier management so you have your most important projects in the first positions.

### 🎤 Pitch

If you have many projects and you're working with 3, you need to either use the search feature or paginate to get the project.
With this feature you can access faster to the ones you're working at.
