🚀 Feature: add a short description property to the collection attributes

As the development team consist of more than one member and so the collection should be self explanatory to avoid confusion and to make development faster. For this, the attributes used in the collection so than every attributes in a given collection should have a `short description` property which will explain what is the attribute about and where it is used.
