🚀 Enhancement: More storage-efficient permissions

### 🔖 Enhancement description

Group or similar permissions in the database to prevent them from taking too much storage

### 🎤 Pitch

Currently permissions are save like
view team:123/role1
read team:123/role1
delete team:123/role1

It's very inefficient from an storage perspective.
Simplifying them intelligently to something like this:

177892 (automatic generation/grouping)

Or

team:123/role1 view, delete, update

Will allow saving a lot of storage
