[Feature]: Provide support for geographic datatypes manupulation in postgres using Postgis

### Summary

Today is Appsmith we can work with the geographic datatypes for postgres DB with limited functionality, but to make this easier to transform data we can integrate `PostGIS` which is a spatial database extender for PostgreSQL object-relational database. It adds support for geographic objects allowing location queries to be run in SQL.

### Why should this be worked on?

This will make working with geographic datatypes using Postgresql much simpler.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing Appsmith's existing PostgreSQL geographic-datatype support and the linked Slack discussion to define the PostGIS integration scope. Done should mean geographic data can be transformed and queried more easily through PostGIS.
