[Feature]: Ability to change apps and org+app from within another app

### Summary

**Scenario 1**: If user is developing multiple apps for an organization and wants to refer to code on another app then they'll have to first open a new tab with Appsmith home and then navigate to the app _or_ if it's a super user then navigate through multiple orgs and then find the app.

**Scenario 2**: When user is modifying multiple apps, user would need to navigate to the home page first and then to the app they're looking for.

For both the above scenarios, user would need to navigate to home page first to switch apps. To make the experience easier, there could be an option provided to switch apps or org+apps from within an app based on user rights.

Makes navigation easier around the app.
