Description

In case update command fails to execute, it returns {nModified=0}. In such a scenario, we should include the key `writeErrors` in the response to help the user debug.

Sample response returned by mongo in case of error is as follows :
```
Document{{n=0, nModified=0, writeErrors=[Document{{index=0, code=66, errmsg=After applying the update, the (immutable) field '_id' was found to have been altered to _id: ""}}], opTime=Document{{ts=Timestamp{value=7008143878284902402, seconds=1631710650, inc=2}, t=26}}, electionId=7fffffff000000000000001a, ok=1.0, ...
