### Current Behavior
A GSheet datasource with only headers on the sheet cannot be used for page generation. Dummy data would need to be added for to activate `Generate Page` button.

### Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a Google Sheet with only headers and use this to generate a page
2. Observe that the button is inactive until dummy data is added to the column headers
