Our issue template for a bug has the following sections:
Current behaviour
Steps to reproduce
Environment
Version

this template also needs sections for "expected outcome" and "actual outcome" to pin-point what the bug is.

I frequently miss the context because the expected and actual outcomes are not listed here. (The last line is something like "click this button and observe") - as a newcomer, I don’t know what to take from that observation - what is the bug that is being reported.
