[Bug]: Page title on sign-in page should be Appsmith when user logs out from any page other than home page

### Current Behavior

Page title on tab remains as application name when user logs out of a session from within an app even though URL is not pointing to the application URL. This happens even when user is on any other page that displays a different page title on browser tab (example: profile tab as seen in the screenshot).

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Log out the application from a page that shows page title other than Appsmith (for ex: profile, application) and observe the URL for login but page title is incorrect.
