[Bug]: Clicking on tab button inside RTE navigates to other widgets or property pane instead of paragraph formatting feature

### Current Behavior

It is observed that pressing tab button inside Rich text editor jumps on to other widgets/Property pane instead of paragraph formatting feature(When tab is pressed inside RTE it should provide tab character - some space for alignment)

### Steps To Reproduce

1.Launch Appmsith app in release/Production environment
2.Drag and drop Rich text editor
3.Click inside RTE and click on tab button and observe
