Featurerequest: compressionoptions

Hi!

Great action, came in handy when i needed it. Just wanted to drop a suggestion for a feature.

For my usecase im transmitting very large files with a very fast network connection. The major bottleneck in my pipeline is this compression step which takes a lot more time compared to just transmitting a file uncompressed.

Thus, it would be handy to be able to control the compressionlevel with some additional action-parameter and(or) be able to disable compression altogether so i can do that step on my own with the desired parameters.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how the action performs compression and defines action parameters, then determine how both compression-level control and disabling compression should behave; done means users can select the requested compression behavior for large transfers.
