The read me doesn't tend to load properly

Subsections on the readme don't tend to load properly for me whenever I've attempted to review this. They essentially load at random when the headings are clicked but more often than not never do.

Start by opening the repository README and reproducing the issue by clicking its subsection headings. Check whether the headings consistently navigate to their sections, and compare the rendered behavior with the README source. Done means every subsection loads or navigates reliably when its heading is clicked.
