We were considering to check queue capacity for monitoring and managing CPU & Memory neck possibilities.

Is it possible to obtain queue metrics as a specific metric or managing queues?
Can we formulate it like "Queue = Submitted Tasks - (Successful Tasks + Failed Tasks)"
