Error logs for grpc push notification

Hi,

Thanks for your effort in creating this library to handle push notification. I just started using it in one of my go project. The setup is clean to hook into the project.

I am trying to use grpc to send push notification for clients. The number of tokens to handle will be huge and based on the error response, I need a followup action to do with each token. Right now the logs are available only for POST request. Would it be possible to enhance the grpc request for it?

Is there a max limit on number of push request to batch in a request?
