Too long git diff might exceed the context window

## Description

Some models provide a relatively small context window, and the changes I submitted are numerous, which results in errors when generating the Commit Message.

## Suggestion

Send the changes in chunks to the large model, and use a multi-round dialogue approach for summarization?
