- a k8s style secrets - with dir provider
- hot reloading of a yaml file right next to it, show it updating quickly
- vapor server with env vars + config file, show reading at bootstrap but also in a handler
- simple CLI tool using env vars and a custom config file
- a fun custom static provider implementation, some funny made-up binary format file, or hex?
- a fun reloading version of the same provider
