Copy icon missing in code blocks

As per the screenshot; the top-right of code blocks on the web site ([in this case, the language reference](https://pkl-lang.org/main/current/language-reference/#comments)) should display the copy icon, but it fails to load.


Open the language reference page linked in the issue and inspect how its code blocks load and render the top-right copy control. Trace the relevant website entry point and asset or styling reference, then verify that the copy icon appears on code blocks and still works on the language reference page.
