Configuration stuck in "pending onboarding" status

Hi all,

First of all, apologies if this is not the right place to ask this question, but I don't know where else to ask.

We've submitted a configuration for a relay in CloudKit's Identity & Trust. After some back and forth it was eventually approved and is now "pending onboarding". This was 4 weeks ago, even though @karulont has mentioned in https://github.com/apple/pir-service-example/issues/162 that this should take about 3 weeks.

I would really appreciate some update on when our configuration would be eventually onboarded, we can't really plan our app release timeline because of this and are kinda stuck.

No repository file, test, or code entry point is identified.
