Investigating the use of Hyperthreading on FDB

We've gotten some questions about how Hyperthreading affects FDB's performance. We should do some tests of different process layouts with Hyperthreading on and off and come up with recommendations for processes per core in each configuration, and which configuration we think is better for hosts running FDB.
