Give different role names for the various TLog types

Currently in HA configuration, all the different TLog types (primary, satellite and remote) have **TL** as their role name in TraceEvents. It kind of gets difficult to differentiate between them especially if a remote dc is also being used as satellite dc. It will be better if the different TLog types get different role names.

Start by locating the TraceEvents role-name handling for TLog instances and tracing how primary, satellite, and remote TLog types are identified in HA configuration. Done means each type emits a distinct, consistently documented role name, including when a remote datacenter is also used as a satellite.
