Apache License should not contain aditional License informations

Hi all

At the end of the Apache License v2 you have incloded some additional informations. IFAIK you should not change the Apacke License it self. Instead you should makd a NOTICE File with all this informations.

You should also be more pricise, wich part stands under wich license.
