[Request]: UX: Use standard commands for managing builder once running.

Once a builder is running, we might want to consider treating it like any other container. Today we've got special rules that hide the builder from the user and we use dedicated management when we could just use `container ls`, `container inspect`, `container stop`, and `container rm`.
