### Feature or enhancement request details
Our ContainerClient DocC should serve as the developer's guide for programming against the container services.
The API docs should be complete enough that they are actually useful when either browsing the documentation, of in IDE context popups.
The documentation should also include enough informative (programmer's guide) content to allow a new developer to quickly understand the organization of the API.
