Description
### Feature or enhancement request details
Hello,
I created Native Swift CLI that reads `devcontainer.json` and runs dev containers on Apple `container`. It's not a compatibility layer to simulate a Docker but rather a completely independent CLI.
It also has integration with VSCode, that will set up settings, install extensions and open you vscode automatically.
I wonder if it makes sense for you guys to add it to the container CLI as a plugin (just like the recently added k8s plugin). If yes, I'm willing to help! Otherwise I'll keep as it is.
Here is the repo: https://github.com/wcgomes/apple-devcontainers
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the container CLI's recently added k8s plugin and the linked apple-devcontainers repository, including its devcontainer.json and VSCode integration. Determine whether a devcontainers plugin fits the CLI's plugin model; done means an agreed integration scope or a clear decision about whether to add it.
