[Bug]: container system status - apiserver is not running and not registered with launchd

### I have done the following

- [x] I have searched the existing issues
- [x] If possible, I've reproduced the issue using the 'main' branch of this project

### Steps to reproduce

is this normal to see the error..
I dont seem to be able to us either it throws errors

'container' services do not appear to be running.
Start them with:
container system start

but it seems to be running but without api ?
❯ container system status
apiserver is not running and not registered with launchd

### Current behavior

can not continue with my script to deploy images

### Expected behavior

api error?

Reproduce the report with `container system status` and `container system start`, focusing on the apiserver and its launchd registration.
