Calendar widget for date field filters

# Context
When filtering columns with date data, the user is expected to input the filter string manually (e.g. > or <).

# Feature request
When defining a filter for ES date fields, it would be helpful if the user could select date value(s) from a calendar widget.

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the filter UI and the handling for Elasticsearch date fields, then determine where a calendar selection should replace manual date input. Done means date filters can be set by selecting date values while retaining the existing filter behavior.
