Handle with accents

Hello,

I don't know if it's the good place to ask but I'm wondering how could we handle with the accents ?
I tried to PUT the index settings but I received

I search on the web and on the doc but I found nothing related to :

- Handle with accents
- Index settings
- Analyzer settings
