Groups should not have a "published" column in the manage view

There is no "published" field for groups (or users) but groups, at least, still have the column configured in the manage view, always showing "draft."

Start by locating the groups manage-view configuration and the published-column definition. Confirm that groups do not have a published field, remove the groups column configuration, and verify that the manage view no longer displays the draft value.
