Unable to edit rich-text-widgets after re-arranging widgets on page

Just to state this a bit more clearly, it you're editing a page or piece (I've tested this with a "show" page of a pieces-pages module), once you start to re-arrange widgets by dragging, you're no longer able to edit rich-text-widgets.

So far I've seen this happen at least in Firefox, I haven't tested for this bug extensively yet.

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox on a show page from a pieces-pages module: edit a rich-text widget, rearrange widgets by dragging, then try editing the rich-text widget again. Trace the page-editing and widget-drag interaction from that reproduction. Done means rich-text widgets remain editable after widgets are rearranged, with the behavior verified in Firefox.
