[epicenter] Better personal data management

Right now personal todos are just in ~/.config/episteme/ unversioned. This sucks because I can't sync my data between workstations.

We should figure out a way to have a personal remote that you can't delete, etc, that always contains your todo, journal and maybe even user configuration.

Let's discuss how this should work.
