Error "Language client is not ready yet" when reloading schema

Hi there,
when I try to reload my schema, it crashes with an error.
Error is showing up every time.

Same error is popping up when I click on the Apollo button on the bottom bar

Might be related to #64 as I sometimes see the same message in output console.

Start by reproducing the failure while reloading the schema and clicking the Apollo button in the bottom bar, then inspect the output console and compare it with related issue #64. Done means both actions work without showing “Language client is not ready yet” for the reported VS Code and Apollo GraphQL versions.
