Exist one way for do one binding for subscriptions?

If i have that services:

- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Sweets
- Gateway

Can i do one new service with apollo subscriptions manually? exist one example of this case? or can i use some beta version for implement it with federation in `Fruits`, `Vegetables`, `Sweets` or `Gateway`?
