**Intended outcome:**

Apollo GraphQL extension is showing error in all other projects, which are not having apollo.config.js file

**Actual outcome:**

if any project which is not using graphql, this extension should not show any error there.

**How to reproduce the issue:**

* just open any project which is not having apollo.config.js file.

Reproduce the issue by opening a project without an apollo.config.js file, then trace the extension's handling of that missing configuration. Done means projects not using GraphQL no longer display the service-stats error; the payload does not name a source file or test to run.
