Description

**Intended outcome:**

I'm working on a Node application that has nothing to do with GraphQL or Apollo.

**Actual outcome:**

I expect the extension to not bug me. ;)

So I keep getting these messages:

screen shot 2019-02-20 at 1 21 38 pm

How do I stop this from showing up? Nothing in my directory is referring to Apollo. I've not installed it or anything GraphQL. This is just a vanilla Node/Express app.

**How to reproduce the issue:**

Unfortunately I can't share the code. But I can answer questions about the files, etc.

**Versions**

Code extension version is 1.4.5

Research direction

The report names vscode-apollo 1.4.5 and a vanilla Node/Express workspace but no source files or tests. Start by reproducing the dialogs in an unrelated workspace and checking the extension's activation behavior; done means the extension no longer shows Apollo-related dialogs for projects without Apollo or GraphQL references.
