Does not show in Firefox Snap

**Intended outcome:**
Visit a website, inspect it and see the Apollo dev tools tab

**Actual outcome:**
Apollo dev tools does not display. If I visit the site in Chrome it works without issue.

**How to reproduce the issue:**

My strong suspicion is that this is because I'm using Firefox in Ubuntu which is now dispatched as a Snap package instead of a normal.deb package. Visit any Apollo enabled site in Firefox (snap version) and I expect you will see the same result

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04.1
- Browser Mozilla Firefox Snap for Ubuntu
- Browser version 104.0.2
- Extension version 4.1.2

Start by reproducing the missing Apollo devtools tab on Ubuntu 22.04.1 with Firefox 104.0.2 installed as a Snap, then compare the same Apollo-enabled site in Chrome. Trace the Firefox extension and devtools startup path to identify the Snap-specific failure; done means the Apollo devtools tab appears in Firefox Snap without regressing Chrome support.
