Apollo yml与@RefreshScope疑似不兼容问题

**描述bug**

简洁明了地描述一下bug
如图所示，Apollo配置是yml格式，搭配@RefreshScope注解无法做到实时更新，将该注解剔除后即可实时更新，请问是什么原因呢？
（properties的配置则可以使用@RefreshScope实现实时更新）
