Annotation Provenance

Annotation provenance should be considered
-Who generated annotation
-User tracking, user classes (expert annotator/expert proofreader, etc.)
-Depersonalized annotation “Score”, could be combination of:
-Who generated it (or what method used to generate it)
-How many users validated
-How many times used? Reviewed?
-Metrics for analysis (should a user “trust” this annotation / data)
-Quality of reconstruction (anatomical lengths eg of dendrites, # of synapses, etc,), quality of proofreading (#s of edits, time spent reviewing the cell)
-Stats could be generated on regular time interval
