Description
Hi team, I'm very interested in using this project as a local LLM gateway. Few things that would get me there;
- Prebuilt binaries available via GitHub releases
- Dockerless setup
- Makes sense for more intense production environments, but when running locally, it would be nice if I could just run the binary. Perhaps state could just be in an SQLite db next to the binary or something similar - avoiding the need for redis.
Providers
- DeepSeek
- Copilot
Thanks!

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by separating the release binaries, Dockerless operation, SQLite state, and provider requests into scoped proposals, then inspect the existing release and provider setup. Done requires agreed scope and acceptance criteria for one of these changes.
