Doctrine ODM HttpCache Purger

**Description**
I tried to enable the http cache invalidation with Doctrine ODM, but it doesn't work. After some research I understood that the purger doctrine listener have provided only for ODM. Do you have plans to implement it for ODM?

You have condition that the ORM listener PurgeHttpCacheListener enables only when the ORM is installed
