[llm.store] Support multi-company llm.store for proper isolation of data

Currently, `llm.store` uses a single global vector store for all RAG resources. We want to isolate stores by company so that each Odoo company has its own `llm.store` (scoped by `company_id`), defaults to the user’s company, and prevents cross-company access.
