Display some debug under progress bar

* [x] I am running the latest version. (`up upgrade`)
* [ ] I searched to see if the issue already exists.
* [ ] I inspected the verbose debug output with the `-v, --verbose` flag.
* [x] Are you an Up Pro subscriber?

## Description

This is a feature, sometime when applying `up stack apply` it can take a long long time (as you know). It could be nice to display simple debug info under the progress bar.


I know that we can run with `-v` flag but when I forget about it, I really don't know what is currently happening
