Description
related to #100, this would be a breaking change if we just did it by default, however could have an option to:
- Force a clean .git state (every deploy is from a SHA/TAG)
- Error if you try to re-deploy using the same SHA/TAG
- Option to deploy tags only to production
- Maybe record the GIT user as well, more meta-data the better for reporting
- Add `--message` and `--tag` or similar flags, only default these when GIT is present
