Descripción
Problem: if one team member or (CI) has an outdated version, or does not have Pro this could be bad.
- [ ] store the plan and version deployed for comparison
- [ ] if there's a mismatch then confirm (still should allow explicit downgrades)
- [ ] check for updates automatically (wanted to do this anyway)
