Onboarding improvements

- [x] Clarify that a team is used for billing/members in CLI
- [x] Add wizard style steps in the CLI to show progress
- [x] Fix `?query=` it should initiate the search when it's present even if it's empty
- [ ] Remove the need to select a project region
- [ ] Maybe change "View examples" to link to the integrations? CornerDialog?
- [ ] Don't require signing in to use all CLI commands (help, version, etc)
- [ ] Add token back to the setup URL, so you don't have to sign-in to the UI as well
- [ ] Make it more obvious which team you're adding a card & subscription to
- [ ] Guide the customer through inviting team members
