Lack of differentiation between highlight background and cursor-line background

Description
Slight UI issue I'm having - when the cursor sits on a line, that line is highlighted. If I select text on the line, the highlight is almost invisible due to the similarity of the background colours. Bumping the tint of the background and/or bumping the shade of the highlight might be an idea? Example (the text in the blue rect is highlighted):
