I could not find a link to that page from elsewhere in the site, and the page itself says it is out of date.
Perhaps it should be deleted, though it looks like some of its content is not available elsewhere.

If it is to be kept, then the link to http://people.apache.org/map.html should be dropped, as that is no longer supported.
