Confusing use of 'officer'

AIUI, it's the other way round: the person approved as chair is deemed to be an officer for their term as chair.

Also, later on, it says that Officers are appointed by the Board. This is true, but they can also be appointed by the President (and Chair?)

Open content/foundation/how-it-works/index.md at the linked section around line 158, then review the later statement about officer appointments. Confirm the distinction between PMC chairs and officers, including who may appoint officers, and update the wording so both statements are unambiguous; done when the page no longer implies chairs are selected from an officer pool and accurately states appointment authority.
