using CODEOWNERS to request reviews on content/security PR's?

Hi! If I understand correctly, we'd generally like someone (maybe two?) from the security team to review PR's to files under `content/security` in the tree.

That's easy to miss. It looks like we could use a [CODEOWNERS](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners) file to automatically request reviews from those people - how would you feel about trying that out?

Start by reviewing GitHub's CODEOWNERS documentation and the repository's content/security path. Confirm which security-team reviewers should be assigned, then add the appropriate CODEOWNERS entry; done means pull requests affecting content/security automatically request the intended reviews.
